When IBBDS Group began operations in 2017, the firm only provided consulting services to its public and private clients.
Today however, IBBDS Group is a large enterprise providing the full range of professionally, technologically based consultancy, Engineering service and Edible Oil processing plant to a wide variety of public and private clients both in Nigeria and abroad.
IBBDS Group has branched out to develop 4 subsidiaries namely: IBBDS Consulting, IBBDS Engineering, IBBDS Agro-Allied, and IBBDS International Trade, with collaborations extending to support over 400 small firms and numerous multinational corporations.
IBBDS Consulting
IBBDS Consulting is divided into three parts: Loan and Advisory; Clearing and Logistics; and Business Development Department.
IBBDS Consulting support MSMLEs by partnering with the Bank of Industry for business development services and facilitate affordable loans for hundreds of small companies through the CBN and DBN.
Additionally, it manages consignment issues with shipping companies, handle import procedures, liaise with Nigeria Customs, and oversee demurrages and port charges for seamless consignment movement.
Its Business Development Department sources industry data for client planning, provides investment analysis for the Vegetable Oil Industry, and identifies business opportunities, while fostering relationships with clients and tracking competitors activities to maximize business potential.
IBBDS Engineering
IBBDS Group boasts of an excellent engineering unit, fully equipped with the latest machines and skilled engineers. Its experienced team is committed to troubleshooting, repairing, processing, and re-engineering quality oil mill spare parts.
IBBDS Engineering provide electrical, mechanical, and civil works, environmental services, plant maintenance, and industrial plant coating solutions. As a leading project engineering company in the Edible Oil industry, our team excels in foundation layouts, equipment arrangement, cabling, welding, insulation, and commissioning duties. Our services include construction management in civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and project management, as well as comprehensive installation and maintenance engineering services.
IBBDS Agro-Allied
IBBDS Agro-Allied controls a Palm Kernel Oil factory that processes Palm Kernel Nuts (PKN) into Palm Kernel Oil (PKO), Palm Kernel Cake (PKC), and Palm Kernel Sludge (PKS).
Additionally, it operates in the produce and commodity market, dealing in Palm Kernel Nuts, Soybeans, Groundnuts, and more.
IBBDS International Trade
IBBDS International Trade is the arm of IBBDS Group that acts as the Country Representative of Goyum Group India and SNR Malaysia.
IBBDS International Trade supplies oil expellers, refineries, solvent plants, and spare parts from Malaysia and India. IBBDS International Trade is also the sole dealers of Goyum Screw Press (India) vegetable oil equipment in Nigeria.
